Physician (Provider) Schedule:

We plan to have a Physician MD/DO, Family Nurse Pract., or Physician Assistant in clinic every day. Due to the changing nature of the provider's hours please check the Online Appointment program or call the Front Desk at 775-7150

Front Desk (Staff) Schedule:

Open: 9:00 am to 4:00 pm

Tuesday*
Open: 9:00 am to 4:00 pm

Wednesday*
Open: 9:00 am to 4:00 pm

Thursday*
Open: 9:00 am to 4:00 pm

Friday*
Open: 9:00 am to 4:00 pm

Saturday
Closed

Sunday
Closed

Note:

* The clinic will be closed for lunch from noon to 1:00pm on weekdays

The Clinic will be closed on the following days: Labor Day, Oct Break, Thanksgiving Break, Christmas - New Year Break, MLK Day, Spring Break.

During the Summer we are on a reduced schedule, one afternoon a week and by special appointment.
