FAQ - What is this "bill" I just got from my insurance saying I own $XXX.XX dollars?

Insurance companies do not send bills for clinical service claims, they send EOBs (Explanation of Benifits) this is simply a statement of what the insurance company will pay etc...

EOBs do not show what the Student Health Fee (or pre-payment plan) covers or what the final bill will be. 

The only bill for services (done at the PolyClinic) you will need pay is one from us, POLYCLINICS.NET, PLLC, and this will include the adjustment for the student health fee. In order to save a great deal of time and money, if you do not owe anything to PolyClinics.Net, PLLC, we will not send you a bill.

Please Note: If you get outside lab or imaging testing done, you may recieve a bill from that organization, as outside services are not covered under the Health Fee.
